Marbles is published by PeepSo, Inc. This policy describes the Marbles app and the information you choose to provide when contacting its support team.

Your game stays on your device

Marbles works offline. It stores your current game, appearance and haptics preferences, optional player names and local high scores in the app's storage on your device. We do not receive this game data. Local high scores are shared only with people who use the same app installation on that device.

Marbles does not require an account and does not include advertising, tracking or analytics services. It does not upload your scores or provide an online leaderboard.

Device backups and purchases

Your operating system may include Marbles' local data in device backups according to your device settings. Backup storage and restoration are managed by the operating system and your backup provider, not by a Marbles server.

App Store purchases are processed by Apple under Apple's terms and privacy policy. Marbles does not ask you for payment card details or include in-app purchases.

Support and website visits

If you contact support, we use the information you choose to provide, such as your email address and description of a problem, to respond to your request. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or private screenshots that are unnecessary to explain the issue.

Opening this privacy policy or the support website connects your browser to that website. Its hosting provider necessarily receives connection information, such as an IP address, to deliver the page. This is separate from Marbles' offline game storage. The app does not attach your saved game, player name or scores to these links.

Removing local data

Deleting Marbles from your device removes its local app data. Restoring a device backup may restore previously saved data. Starting a new game replaces the current run but keeps existing local high scores and preferences.
